Cellulose resin pellets

Reduced plastic material (injection molding pellets) reinforced with cellulose fibers.

This is an injection molding pellet that uniformly disperses plant-derived cellulose fibers and polyolefin-based resins using proprietary technology. Through injection molding processing, it becomes a cellulose resin molded product that balances rigidity and impact resistance, contributing to the reduction of petroleum-based plastic usage. As indicated by its high whiteness, it also causes minimal damage to cellulose fibers due to heat, allowing for the incorporation of functions that fully utilize the properties of cellulose. When combined with colored pellets, the possibilities for colorful reduced-plastic products expand. Due to its very high impact resistance, it is expected to be applicable to various components, including automotive interiors.

Recycling Products Business: Material Recycling

Collected from various factories! Recycled resin pellets are transformed into new plastic products!

In the recycling products business, we process and sell recycled products such as logistics materials based on the recycled raw materials we handle. "Material recycling" refers to the collection and regeneration of used plastics to be used as materials for new products. We collect waste plastics generated from pre-consumer (manufacturing process losses, etc.) and post-consumer (used materials), sort, crush, wash, dewater, dry, and pelletize them, selling them as recycled raw materials to plastic molding manufacturers and others. 【Domestic Recycling Flow】 ■ Collection from various factories ■ Sorting ■ Crushing and washing ■ Dewatering and drying ■ Recycled resin pellets ■ To plastic products *For more details, please refer to the PDF materials or feel free to contact us.

For the future of children. "MIRAIWOOD" plant-based plastic.

The warmth and luxury unique to natural wood. Without using chemical treatments such as bleach, natural wood powder is finely processed as it is.

Achieved mass production with 73.3% plant-based biomass components, with over 85% of the volume being wood powder *In terms of specific gravity, wood powder accounts for 51% An environmentally friendly sustainable circular material that is upcycled and recyclable To preserve our society for generations to come, we have developed sustainable environmental materials from discarded waste wood. ■MIRAIWOOD is a material primarily composed of upcycled injection-molded materials derived from plants. With over 90% of its volume being wood powder (wood is light, so it accounts for over 51% in terms of specific gravity), it can be treated as "wood products" despite being injection molded. ■We independently developed injection molding technology for wood plastic and established mass production technology in the late 2010s. We quickly succeeded in the practical application and mass production of injection molding, which had been considered difficult due to flowability issues in existing wood plastics. ■Founded in 1946, produced in our own high-quality factories in Japan, MIRAIWOOD is a plant-based environmental material originating from Japan. MIRAIWOOD is a product of Rikka Sangyo Co., Ltd., which has a wealth of production experience. It is produced consistently in our own domestic factories and partner factories.

Material recycling that collects and reuses resin.

We will respond to our customers' requests and transform into a new product!

Our company consistently engages in the sale of plastic raw materials, coloring, and the development and manufacturing of recycled materials. Since our founding, we have been committed to creating a resource-circulating society, which is a proven core business. We collect the resins that you use as recycled materials, sort and crush them, and then, if necessary, color them before processing them into pellets for shipment as products. If you are considering requests for off-grade products, films, or runners, please feel free to consult with us. *For more details, please refer to the PDF materials or feel free to contact us.

For the future of children. Environmentally conscious 'MIRAIWOOD'

Molded materials made from wood. ~From a resource that will someday run out to a resource that nurtures the future~

To preserve our society for the long term, we have developed sustainable environmental materials from discarded waste wood. In addition to upcycling waste materials, these sustainable materials can also be recycled. In the future, we will work on creating a system for collection and recycling. Benefits of Upcycling: 1. Reduces waste 2. Utilizes materials 3. Reduces petroleum plastics By replacing petroleum components with biomass materials, we have achieved a reduction of over 70% in petroleum components (compared to the same weight of plastic, calculated by specific gravity). We have achieved a high biomass content of 73.3% with standard specifications. Stable, high-quality injection molding is also possible. 85% of the volume is wood powder, and we have achieved over 73.3% biomass (plant-derived) content by specific gravity. We have also obtained official biomass 70 certification. Efforts to reduce costs: Unfortunately, compared to petroleum plastics that are produced and consumed in large quantities, the current manufacturing costs are very high. There are opinions that continuing to use resources dependent on overseas supply offers better cost performance.
